1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the phqq website accessible at phqq.net, including all associated pages, services, games, applications, and features.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a phqq account and is using the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by the User on the phqq Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held by phqq on behalf of the Player, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method that are immediately withdrawable subject to KYC and verification requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing legal gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary request by a Player to be temporarily or permanently restricted from accessing the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the phqq registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all interactions with the phqq Platform, including but not limited to: account registration, depositing funds, participating in games, claiming bonuses, requesting withdrawals , contacting customer support, and participating in promotional campaigns.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active phqq account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law;
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of a third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phqq or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phqq or had a phqq account permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money games and financial services on phqq, you are required to complete the registration process and submit to KYC verification. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC verification requires submission of: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of current address, and — where applicable — source of funds documentation.
• phqq reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to phqq's satisfaction.
• phqq may suspend or close an account where KYC documentation cannot be verified or where the Player fails to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe.

phqq processes KYC data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the phqq Privacy Policy.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phqq login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your phqq Account.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account or service.
• phqq strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• phqq will never request your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to come from phqq and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

In the event you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phqq immediately via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected] (as plain text — do not click any unverified links). phqq will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phqq Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Accepted payment methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Crypto. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in your phqq Wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to credit.
• phqq does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment account used must match the name on your phqq account as verified during KYC.
• phqq reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Player's own account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the phqq account.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days.
• phqq reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• phqq does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which phqq bears no responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

phqq offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general terms apply to all phqq promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. phqq reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Attempting to withdraw Real Money Funds while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
• phqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting game mechanics to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

8 Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all games available on the phqq Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealer activity, as applicable. phqq's game integrity is subject to independent verification audits.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phqq will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the outcome of interrupted rounds. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phqq reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Where a Player's connectivity is lost during an active game round, the round will be resolved according to standard game logic. phqq is not responsible for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity issues.
• In the event of a discrepancy between game display and server records, the server records shall prevail.
• phqq reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of rule violations, technical errors, or system abuse.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phqq Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, whether under the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members;
• Any form of cheating, collusion, or coordination with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform software, and failing to report such errors to phqq support;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the phqq Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at phqq staff, customer support agents, or other Players;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions, account closure decisions, or geographic restrictions.

10 Responsible Gaming

phqq is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are available on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which the Platform will display a reminder and offer the option to end the session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may activate a temporary suspension of gaming activity for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before expiry.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic pop-up notifications during game sessions that display time elapsed and net session results.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phqq Platform — including but not limited to the phqq brand name, logo, game assets, graphics, software, text, data, and compilation of content — is the exclusive intellectual property of phqq or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phqq Platform without prior written authorisation from phqq.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform by automated means is strictly prohibited without phqq's express written consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players regarding the Platform may be used by phqq freely without obligation of compensation or attribution.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phqq's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you and currently held in your phqq Wallet at the time the claim arises.

phqq shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond phqq's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or government actions;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations;
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content or services accessible via the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phqq's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

phqq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and phqq's Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments include:

• Personal data is collected only for lawful purposes directly related to the provision of phqq's services;
• Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law;
• Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the phqq Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure via our 24/7 live chat support.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phqq:

1. First Contact: You must first contact phqq's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected] (as plain text). phqq will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within ten (10) business days of receiving your complaint.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first contact stage, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their published complaint and dispute resolution process.
3. Judicial Proceedings: If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above steps, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phqq shall not be required to participate in any arbitration or dispute resolution process outside the Philippines.
